Logistics, one of the key pillars of economic development, serve as a means to enhance the competitiveness of Greek products/services, attract investments, and create jobs.

The ELA certification in Logistics, provided by ILME, promotes the Supply Chain by offering professionals and organizations a globally recognized professional identity.

The skills and competencies that are certified pertain to the understanding and application of internationally recognized practices and standards in all areas of the Supply Chain, such as operations management, inventory management, procurement, transportation/distribution, warehousing, 3PL, customer service, order management, marketing, and sustainable logistics.

The professional certification by ELA is internationally recognized and provides a competitive advantage by securing a professional identity at a global level.

Three [3] levels of certification are provided:

• EJLog: Supervisory / Operational Management. Targeted at logistics/supply chain department heads or other related department managers in companies and organizations.
• ESLog: Senior Management. Targeted at middle management, logistics department heads, supply chain heads, or other related department heads.
• EMLog: Strategic Management. Targeted at senior executives, CEOs, General Managers, Supply Chain Directors.

The Institute of Logistics Management Greece [ILME], as part of promoting the ELA Certification in the Greek market, offers its member companies the following discounts on exam fees [final prices including VAT]:

• 6 to 10 candidates from the same company can participate in the exams with a 6% discount (for EJLog €330 per candidate, for ESLog €395 per candidate).
• More than 10 candidates from the same company can participate in the exams with a 12% discount (for EJLog €300 per candidate, for ESLog €370 per candidate).

If the candidate pays and, due to unforeseen circumstances, does not attend the exams, they retain the right to reapply for participation in the next exam period at no additional cost. In this case, the certification can be completed in six [6] consecutive exam periods, with the first being the period when the candidate first participates in the exams.
